This is my go-to nail salon for my acrylic nails, and I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone that works here is so friendly and nice and accommodating. I always make an appointment and ask for Linda or Jack. They are both so talented. I am always getting complimented on my nails because of them. They are literal artists; I will come in the salon with a nail inspo photo and they always make it happen. It’s always clean too, and they give fabulous pedicures. So so happy I found this nail salon 10/10.
Paid 30 bucks for acrylic removal and a “manicure” only for it to look like my nails have been put through a meat grinder.
They ripped off my extensions with a cuticle nipper and filer, claiming that they weren’t soaking them off with acetone because they didn’t want to “dry out my skin” when we all know it’s because it’s the longer process. Half my thumbnail was ripped off in the process. Zoom in to the picture and see for yourself.
The “manicure” included soaking my hands in cold water for 30 seconds, filing them for 30 seconds, and then slapping some clear polish down (at this point I did not trust them with color).
The entire process took all of 20 minutes, which really shouldn’t be the case.
Don’t waste your money here.
I drive 30 minutes just to come to Deluxe - Jen and Lily are so talented and wonderful. I’m moving to another state this summer and I’m so bummed out that I won’t be able to get my nails done here anymore! If you’re looking for a quality salon with fair prices in the Malvern area, definitely check out Deluxe.
This salon is definitely the best in Malvern! Everyone is so nice, especially Jen! She is very sweet and is always up for a nail challenge. It is priced very well for the area. I’m so happy I found the perfect place!
I have been going to Deluxe Nail Salon for about 2-3 years and really liked the place. But unfortunately my recent visit was a very bad experience, the service was rushed when the place was not even crowded, my nails had rough edges and the massage at the end was terrible. I called to talk to the manager and she was unfortunately very accommodating . Sorry but I am not going back.

Still that’s not even a good enough word for how well the service and result went! I was very nervous about getting eyelashes extension because for one, the procedure takes places literally on top of my eyes and two, I wear contacts so I was afraid of discomfort and result of hurting my eyes or my eyelashes falling off. Honestly though, going here, I became more excited and less nervous about the procedure. The associate, aka Jen took every measure of precaution known to demand, asking me every now and then if I was okay or if there was any discomfort. There wasn’t any, in fact I believe I fell asleep during some parts of the procedure. Yikes! The procedure was literally an hour on each eye, but it felt like half of that instead because Jen was efficient and careful when placing the eyelashes and glue on my actual eyelashes. The environment was clean and sanitary and very calming! The tools used were sanitized very well- nothing smelled funky- and again there was no pain during the procedure, in fact it felt like I was at a spa! I really appreciated that Jen took her time with my eyelashes because they came out looking amazing! It’s been a few days and only one or two came out of place. Overall I would recommend Deluxe Nails and definitely recommend Jen for eyelashes extension because she’s efficient, super sweet, and really just wants to make you feel more confident in yourself! 10/5 would recommend and I can’t wait until my next appointment!
Jen was amazing! She did a great job on my nails. I had a picture with me of how I wanted my nails to look like. My nails looked almost identical to the picture after she was done. She knew what she was doing! Also, she was kind enough to take me in during the closing hours of the store. I got there at around 6:30 PM and she happily worked on my nails until 7:20 PM. It was my first visit to Deluxe Nail Salon. I don’t do my nails frequently, but whenever I do, I am definitely going to Jen at Deluxe Nail Salon!
Garbage service, ruined my wife's nails. Never go again. She was in actual pain after her manicure.
